Individual Therapy
Grounding for when life feels uncertain and disorienting
Individual Therapy
When life feels overwhelming, confusing, or out of balance, therapy can become a place to slow down, reconnect, and remember who you are beneath the roles you carry.
If you are a caregiver or healer (or fellow therapist), someone who gives of yourself to the sacrifice of your own well-being - I can help you reconnect with your spark for life.
I specialize in:
Empathetic, high functioning people pleasers who want to give to themselves as much as to others
Parents, caregivers, and helping professionals, who have lost themselves to their responsbilities
Anxious or depressed individuals - who look like they have it all together on the outside, but are feeling empty, overwhelmed, or burnout on the inside
Anyone struggling with finding meaning, having an existential crisis, or feeling (understandably) angry, scared, or lost in a world that is on fire
I also specialize in couples and working with prenatal and new parents
Through holistic, somatic work that encompasses all of who you are, I will guide you in revitalizing your life and your relationships in ways that honor your own needs while still engaging in your passions and rediscovering the joys of giving and receiving.
I am LGBTIQ+ affirming and am grounded in a systemic, anti-oppression lens for all of my therapy work.
How I work:
Holistic Mind–Body Interventions
Because stress, trauma, and attachment patterns live in the body, I integrate mind–body approaches that support nervous system regulation, including:
Embodiment and somatic awareness
Breath-based and grounding practices
Regulation strategies that increase felt safety
This work helps restore a sense of steadiness, resilience, and inner balance.
Mindfulness & Self-Compassion Practices
Together, we can explore mindfulness-based approaches to help you:
• Develop greater emotional awareness
• Cultivate self-compassion instead of self-criticism
• Learn to slow down without guilt
• Stay present with difficult emotions without becoming overwhelmed
These practices support lasting change by strengthening your relationship with yourself.
Evidence-Based, Science-Backed Therapy
Alongside mindfulness and embodiment, I use research-supported interventions that are proven to improve wellbeing and relational functioning, including:
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for individuals and couples
Attachment-based and experiential interventions
Tools that interrupt repeating emotional and relational cycles
These approaches help individuals and couples move out of reactivity and into more secure, responsive, and connected ways of relating.
The Result
Through this integrated approach, clients often experience:
Greater clarity about who they are and what they need
Improved emotional regulation and resilience
Relief from burnout, anxiety, and overwhelm
Healthier boundaries and deeper self-trust
More authentic, emotionally connected relationships
