Come home to yourself.

To your body.
To your truth.
To a way of living and relating that is grounded, authentic, and vividly alive.

Therapy with me offers a space to slow down, soften old patterns, and rediscover who you are beneath the roles, expectations, and responsibilities you carry.

At Relational Mindfulness Therapy and Consultation, we offer therapy, supervision, training, and mindfulness instruction from a systemic and embodied perspective.

“We are here to awaken from our illusion of separateness.”

- Thich Nhat Hanh

Relational mindfulness brings the often-described intrapersonal qualities of mindfulness – awareness and acceptance in the present moment – to interpersonal relationships. With relational mindfulness, one is cultivating a nonjudgmental awareness with self, other, and the relational process as it unfolds in the moment.

By being embodied, empathetic, and effective with ourselves and others, we can transform all of our relationships. Throughout this process, a systemic and contextual lens is incorporated that acknowledges the ways that culture and identity impact our well-being, our relationships, and our embodied experience in the world. This framework is the foundation of the training, supervision, and therapeutic services that we provide at the Institute for Relational Mindfulness.

We are located in Bellingham, Washington. Therapy and clinical supervision services are offered virtually in Colorado, North Carolina, Idaho, and Washington. Mindfulness instruction, supervision mentorship (to become an AAMFT approved supervisor), trainings, and case consultation are available worldwide.

We’d love to work with you.
