Individual Therapy in Bellingham, Washington

A space to be held — for the ones who hold everything together.

A turquoise Buddha statue with intricate details, a small potted succulent plant in a black and white pot, and a framed art piece with a black circle and handwritten text that reads "the war out is" on a dark green wall.

Individual Therapy

When life feels overwhelming, confusing, or out of balance, therapy can become a place to slow down, reconnect, and remember who you are beneath the roles you carry.

If you are a caregiver, parent, highly sensitive person, or someone who gives of yourself to the sacrifice of your own well-being - I can help you reconnect with your spark for life.

I specialize in working with:

  • Empathetic, high functioning people pleasers who want to give to themselves as much as to others

  • Parents, caregivers, and helping professionals, who have lost themselves to their responsbilities (and/or are experiencing burnout and moral injury)

  • Anxious or depressed individuals - who look like they have it all together on the outside, but are feeling empty, overwhelmed, or burntout on the inside

  • People navigating major life transitions — divorce, sudden loss, empty nesters, career change, or any moment that has cracked open the old version of yourself and left you wondering who you are now and what you truly want

  • People who are tired of getting pulled into the same relational or family dynamics over and over — the chaos, the guilt, the impossible roles — and are ready to finally show up differently, with clearer boundaries and a stronger sense of self

  • Anyone struggling with finding meaning, having an existential crisis, or feeling (understandably) angry, scared, or lost in a world that is on fire

  • I also specialize in couples and working with prenatal and new parents.

  • Additionally, I offer sandtray for those who are interested in exploring this expressive arts approach to therapy.

Through holistic, somatic work that encompasses all of who you are, I will guide you in revitalizing your life and your relationships in ways that honor your own needs while still engaging in your passions and rediscovering the joys of giving and receiving.

Additionally, I bring a LGBTIQ+ affirming and socio-cultural lens to my practice, recognizing that identity, culture, community, and lived experience are not separate from our inner lives — they shape who we are, how we move through the world, and what healing can look like for each person.
